About Me

I am a non-diet dietitian and I want to help you honor your natural hunger and fullness. However, I realize that each person may have a complicated relationship with food. I can help you stop the diet cycling, eat to nourish and honor your body, and make peace with food.

I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) providing nutrition counseling to individuals and families. I work with children, teens and adults who are seeking help with eating disorders, disordered eating or breaking the diet cycle. I can also help those suffering from food allergies or intolerances, and those diagnosed with Celiac Disease following a gluten-free diet.
